("CSX"), summary judgment on Plaintiff's claims of conspiracy in violation of the Railway Labor Act ("RLA"), 45 U.S.C. § 153, and awarding Defendants $250,000 in statutory damages, $100,000 in punitive damages, and $86,308.74 in attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to Defendants' counterclaims under the Federal Wiretap Act (the "Act"), 18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq. We AFFIRM IN PART and REVERSE IN PART, and REMAND for redetermination of damages.
